Refund Policy for Vendors

At GrabToGo, we provide listing and promotional services to vendors on a subscription basis. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.


🚫 No Refunds

All payments made by vendors for listing plans, promotions, or subscription services on GrabToGo are non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Featured listing charges
  • Promotional package fees
  • Add-on marketing or design services

Once a payment is processed, no partial or full refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.


💡 Vendor Responsibility

It is the vendor’s responsibility to:

  • Review the plan details before subscribing
  • Ensure accurate listing content and timely updates
  • Cancel the subscription before the next billing date, if desired

🔄 Subscription Cancellation

Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund of any amount already paid.
