These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GrabToGo website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

GrabToGo is a local listing and promotional platform that connects users with vendors offering products and services across Kerala. We enable vendors to promote their businesses, and customers to discover customized offers based on location.

2. Registration and Vendor Onboarding

  • Vendors must pay a ₹299 one-time registration fee to onboard onto the platform.
  • After registration, vendors must choose from one of three subscription packages listed on the website.
  • Vendors are required to provide valid business documentation at the time of onboarding.
  • All listings undergo a manual verification process before going live.
  • GrabToGo reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate platform rules or legal standards.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Vendors are charged monthly fees based on the package selected.
  • Additional charges apply for advertising services, featured listings, or homepage promotions.
  • All subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly unless the vendor cancels before the renewal date.
  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

4. User Access & Location Data

  • The platform is mobile-first for customers and PC-first for vendors.
  • We request user location access (with consent) to show personalized offers and listings near their current area.
  • Disabling location may affect some features of the platform.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Ensure all information in their listings is accurate, lawful, and regularly updated.
  • Avoid listing counterfeit or restricted items as per Indian law.
  • Be solely responsible for fulfilling, communicating, and managing customer inquiries.

6. User Reviews & Moderation

  • Customers may leave public reviews and ratings on vendor listings.
  • GrabToGo provides basic moderation to filter out inappropriate or fake content but is not liable for user-submitted content.
  • Vendors may report abuse or request review removal, which will be evaluated by our moderation team.

7. Platform Features & App Usage

  • GrabToGo uses Google Maps API and Google Analytics to enhance functionality and insights.
  • A dedicated mobile app is being developed and will be governed by the same terms, with additional clauses for app permissions, notifications, and push services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GrabToGo—including brand assets, design, and platform code—is the intellectual property of GrabToGo Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or resale of platform components is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

GrabToGo shall not be liable for:

  • Any disputes or transactions between customers and vendors
  • Loss of revenue, data, or reputation caused by vendor error or platform downtime
  • User reviews, incorrect listings, or third-party data inaccuracies

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account (user or vendor) that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies—without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
